At Pintoogarments.com, we intend to make your shopping experience as flawless as possible while selecting and buying from us. Despite our best possible efforts to keep our customers happy, there are times when you might feel the need to return your product for any circumstances beyond your or our control.
We have listed everything below about our Cancellation and Return policy so that in case you do decide to cancel your order, or seek refunds, you do not face a problem.
Q: Can I cancel my order in case I change my mind after ordering?
a:Yes, you can choose to cancel all orders that have not been shipped. Pre-Shipment order Cancelation can be done within 24 hours of placing an order. You either cancel your order through website my account or sending email at

Note: After 24 hours of order placement, the cancellation option will not be available.
We will initiate 100% refund of your money and a confirmation of the same will be sent to you via email. If you want to replace with other products / categories get in touch with our support team via email. Please note that refund would be applicable only for order cancellation within 24 hours of order placement, and only before shipment.
Please note that Ready To Ship orders are not eligible for cancellations as once order received they gone under the order fulfilment process.
Q: Why a "24-Hour" deadline for cancellation?
A:As soon as your order is confirmed, action is initiated at our end. The process of picking, packaging, customizing and logistics start, and the ordered product in most cases has already passed through a couple of phases.
Q: And what if I want to cancel after 24 hours of ordering?
A: Well, we have a provision for that too but do remember - orders cancelled post 24 hours of confirmation are dealt with on a case-to-case basis by our Customer Care team depending on the degree of process completion.
1.For such orders, we would not be initiating a refund but a Store Credit equivalent to the purchase price for your order would be credited to the customer’s account. This Store Credit is redeemable on our Website when you place any other order within 90 days after the order is cancelled. After 90 days you are not eligible to use the credit.
2.Please note that it takes a maximum of 2 working days for us to cancel your order request if 24 hours have passed since you ordered, and once your order is cancelled we will send you a notification via email.
Q: How long does it take for an order to get delivered?
A:Our average delivery time is around 3 to 5 days after order placement. An additional delay of 1 or 2 days might occur depending on the type of product.
Q: What if a delivery gets delayed many days beyond the expected time of delivery?
A:We try our best to assure that your ordered products are shipped out to you in the promised time, but at times there may be chances of unexpected delay in processing due to order getting accepted due to a technical glitch and the product actually being out of stock, or other unavoidable/unforeseen circumstances such as closure due to any government order in case of any natural or man-made calamity so we would request you to bear with us for the same. If however, we are unable to fulfil your order we would communicate with you over email and provide you with two options:
1.You may accept a Store Credit of equivalent value of the order placed which you may use to place another order
2.You may Opt to receive a full refund for your money.
Q: What if I missed adding a critical detail at the time of ordering?
A: If customers forget to :
1.Enter their complete shipping details.
2.Enter measurement attributes
3.Verify or give their consent if required on certain pending notifications within the requested time
Then as a policy, we try and reach out to our esteemed customers via their registered e-mail address. In case of non-receipt of any response, we try and give them a call. If we do not get a response in 15 days, we issue a Non-refundable Store Credit against cancellation of the order which the customers can use to place future orders with us. We will inform the customer about the same through email.
Returns after Order Delivered
Q: I received the order. But there's an issue. Can I return my ordered items?
A:Yes, you can. You may return an item if the size of the product does not fit or if you do not like the product, the expense for such returns would have to be borne by you. However, if there is a manufacturing defect in the product that did not get noticed by us due to oversight or if a wrong item is shipped to you then we will bear all expense related to sending such returns. The following are the steps to be followed for returning our products
1. Informing us: In case you have any complaints regarding the product you have received, please ensure that you report it to us within 48 hours of receiving the product at email@example.com. Please note that if needed, we'd request you for a digital picture of the item for our internal review to be able to process your request.
2. Confirmation email from our side: You will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us on confirming a Return Authorisation, within 2-3 business days. Please do not ship items before you receive this email from us. We will be unable to process any "Items Returned" without the Return Authorisation Reference.
3. Shipping Back the Items
Kindly do not dispatch the products back to us before receiving a "Return Accepted" Confirmation email from us.
Q: Q: How soon should I get back to you if I wish to return the order?
A: Please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving the order for reporting any complaints with regards to the product received as damaged, found with manufacturing defect, or any other issues.
Q: In what scenarios would you not accept any returns?
A: In the following situations, we would not be able to accept any returns:
If the product is made to order.
If Product is customized according to your sizes
If the product is purchased from our ‘Sale’ Ranging from 20% - 50% discounts
If the product is dispatched to us after 7 days of acceptance of return request from our side
Q.What care must I take while shipping the returned products back to you and how will you initiate a refund ?
A: As would be advised in our return authorization e-mail, please send the items to us preferably through a reputed, registered courier/airmail service only to avoid any transit related issues. Please try to ensure that you retain all the packaging material along with the products you wish to return. Please do not remove tags, barcode stickers or labels. Presence of original tags is a must to process returns.
After shipping the products, you must send an email to us with the courier LR no. or docket no. so that we can track your returns. Once we receive the returns, our team shall inspect the products and then process a Store Credit to your account which you may use for any future shopping at Pintoogarments.com. Please note that a full refund may only be provided if there was a genuine error or mistake from our side. In case of refunds, the customer’s bank account details would be asked for, and the amount would be credited to their account. Store Credit may only be provided for the amount equivalent to the value of the goods sold. In case of refund, where the return is made because of an error from our side, the amount of refund would include the total amount of the value of goods sold as well as the charges and costs incurred towards shipping the products back to us. In case you used a coupon code or Store Credit to place your order, the refund would be provided in the form of Store Credit only.
Q: How long does it usually take for Returned Items to reach back to your warehouse?
A: International shipments usually take between 6 to 8 weeks in transit if done through postal service. Any shipment returned within India takes 5-7 days to reach if sent through courier. Exact time taken for transit would depend on the nature of the product and your location.

Q: I've been offered a refund because of a genuine error from your side, how long does it usually take?
A: The Refund will be initiated within two (02) business days. However, the actual credit into your credit/debit card may take around 10 days depending upon your bank policies. The credit to your bank account may take between 3-5 days.
Q: Are there any reasons there could be a delay at the Bank/Credit Card companies end?
A:For transactions made using Debit/Credit cards, the time taken for refunds depends solely on the service provider. For customers transacting via Nationalized Banks, please expect a bit of delay in processing since they tend to have longer lead times. Please be apprised that Banks send an SMS to customers for a credit amount of more than INR 5000 only. In case your refund is less than INR 5000 kindly check your bank or credit card account confirmation receipt of funds.
Q: What about charges levied by Banks and Local Taxes?
Cross Border or, International Transaction Fees, if any charged by the respective bank from your credit or debit card will not be refunded. Please note these are hidden charges levied by your bank on you, and not by us. Customers must contact their bank for additional information on these charges
Local Taxes:The VAT / Custom Duty / Local Taxes / Import Duties are borne directly by the customer as per local laws, to be paid at the time of delivery as advised by the respective courier partner. We will not refund any such charges, if applicable during order delivery.
