Shipping and handling policy
We deliver to all and any postal address around the globe and in India at minimal cost. However, Courier companies do not deliver to P.O.Box address, so we request you to provide full street address with pin code / zip code.
For international shipments some courier company parcel may be left at the door if someone is not there to receive the package or no one to answer the door bell. Our courier agents will not be able to provide sign confirmation of delivery made in such cases. To ensure that no disputes arise due to this, kindly make sure that someone is there to receive the package when courier delivery is attempted.
No deliveries are made on Saturday and Sunday in all international countries with 5 day work culture.
In many Islamic countries Friday are normal off days. Further deliveries are generally made during normal working hours of courier companies and these vary from country to country.
Calculation Shipping Cost
Shipping cost is not included in each item's price. Shipping charges for all orders below INR 2,000 are to be borne by the customer. The shipping charge for each order will be calculated automatically based on an algorithm depending upon total order value. For domestic orders within India, shipping will be free for all orders above INR 2,000.
International shipping will always be chargeable regardless of the total order value. International shipping and handling rates are based on the total order value, weight of the product and the destination country.
Also be aware that all shipments to any Hotels/Colleges/Schools/Hostels are placed at the customer's risk. If the school's warden does not accept your package or it is refused for any reason, Pintoo.in ( Pintoo Lifestyle) will under no circumstances issue a refund or credit to the customer's account, nor shall Pintoo.in ( Pintoo Lifestyle) attempt re-shipment of the same order.
Courier Company will try 2 times to deliver the parcel for international shipment after that customer will have to pick up the parcel from your relative courier office in your area and the charges will have to be borne by the customer. For further attempts by courier companies for delivery, cost will also have to be borne by the customer as rescheduling charges
Pintoo.in ( Pintoo Lifestyle) is shipping all parcels as fully insured at no extra cost to customers. If Courier Company fails to deliver, customer will not suffer any loss. In-transit risk is all ours, but Pintoo.in ( Pintoo Lifestyle) will not responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer's address by postal / courier agency.
If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 15 working days and after confirmation from customer, then after we will reprocess / reship the order, but it will depend upon the product availability
Tracking Your Order
As soon as the product is dispatched, we will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, when the product is handed over to the Courier. Email will contain the tracking number and Courier Company’s website detail along with date of expecting delivery. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.
Address change requests
Once an order is registered, you can request for address change within 24 hours of placing the order. You may send your shipping address alteration request to firstname.lastname@example.org and the needful will be done.
Incorrect or incomplete address
Some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees & not pintoo.in ( Pintoo Lifestyle). Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
All products are firstly polythene packed & taped with Pintoo Garments tag. Then delivered to the courier service person.
For each products we have mentioned time to ship along with the product description. These are indicative & approx values only and products can be shipped earlier or later also on case to case basis depending on availability of product and other factors.
It is advisable to email us with the product codes to get more accurate time to ship estimate.
In some cases if customer have selected products from different shipping day’s category, the overall dispatch date will be applicable as per higher shipping days of their selected products.
VAT & customs duties
VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by the respective country government.
International customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees levied by their country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict where they will occur, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation. They are entirely your responsibility.
The courier company may also charge some additional service charges over and above custom duty on case to case basis.
